Ontario Coalition of Rape Crisis Centres Welcomes Viktória Belle as First-Ever Executive Director
The Ontario Coalition of Rape Crisis Centres (OCRCC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Viktória Belle (she/they) as the organization’s first-ever Executive Director. This historic milestone marks a significant new chapter for the Coalition as it strengthens its provincial leadership, advocacy, and support for sexual assault centres across Ontario.

“We are thrilled to welcome Viktória to the OCRCC,” shares Jessie Rodger, Chair of the OCRCC Board of Directors. “Their deep commitment to survivor-centred work, proven leadership experience, and commitment to meaningful change make them uniquely positioned to lead the Coalition into its next phase of growth and impact.”
For more than a decade, Viktória has held diverse senior leadership roles in the non-profit and charitable sector. They are recognized as a strategic and relational leader with a passion for building meaningful projects, strengthening organizations, and empowering people.
Viktória is the founder of the Dandelion Initiative, a non-profit organization led by and for survivors of gender-based violence, and currently serves as Director of Learning and Knowledge Solutions at the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion. Throughout their career, they have worked with local and global organizations and educational institutions, focusing on human rights, equity, and anti-violence initiatives.
A dedicated advocate for intersectional feminism, transformational education, and social justice, Viktória holds a Master of Social Work along with other professional degrees and accreditations. Their expertise includes gender-based violence prevention and response, with a particular focus on feminist, survivor-centred service development and delivery.
Viktória lives on the traditional and stolen lands of the Chippewas First Nation with their spouse, L.K., and dog, Buffy. Outside of their professional work, they enjoy spending time in nature, reading, engaging with art and music, sharing tea with loved ones, and connecting with chosen family and friends.
The Board of Directors looks forward to working with Viktória as OCRCC continues its mission of supporting rape crisis centres, advocating for survivors, and advancing a future free from sexual violence.
